Often it seems confusing when the term No Win No Fee is used. We are what it says on the tin but we do charge legal costs.
We don’t think there is a debt collection company in the United Kingdom that will offer a no win no fee service and pay your litigation costs. The reason we don’t is there are just to many variables when it comes to the court process. We generally approach each debtor giving them the opportunity to pay what is owed or query your invoices or demand for payment. This is not a hostile approach but an opportunity for the debtor to settle or tell us the reasons for non-payment. Although not hostile it will be made clear that they have a limited time to deal with the matter before it is progressed to the litigation stage.
No legal actions would be taken without your authorisation. We are not a company like so many that simply write a letter and then more letters, emails etc. We do as it says on the tin, collect your debt in the quickest and most effective method possible.

If you are looking for a company that pussy foots around and is generally nice to all concerned, then it’s possibly better to pass us by. Solicitors fiddle about, justifying their extortionate costs. We charge all court fees at cost, where necessary supply Advocates and Barristers at very reasonable rates. Our commissions are paid upon success. Our fees start from 8% for debts based in the United Kingdom and for overseas debts the rates start from 12% and rise depending on the location of the debtor. Court fees are assessed at the time of entering into the litigation process.
